CANCELLATION POLICIES

By booking with us passenger accepts that we reserve the right to make changes in itineraries, tour Services,  without prior notice if considered appropriate due to security reasons, force majeure, natural disasters, or any consideration at our Captain’s or Representative’s discretion, without being liable for refunds of any kind. Paxs no show no refund. Tour price can not be refunded but Tour date or Tour service change is possible.

* 20 % of first deposit is non refundable.

* 50 % of full deposit is non refundable if canceled one month before any Tour Service.

* 100 % of full deposit is non refundable if canceled one week before any Tour Service.   

* We reserve the right to make changes in itineraries & Tour Services without prior notice if considered appropriate due to security reasons, force majeure, natural disasters, or any consideration at our Captain’s or Representative’s discretion, without being liable for refunds of any kind.

Para realizar una reserva y confirmar un tour, es necesario pagar un anticipo del 50% del costo total (por persona) del tour. El pago del saldo sobrante del 50% del costo del tour debe realizarse al menos 30 días antes del tour.

PENALIDADES POR CANCELACIONES

De 30 a 21 días antes del tour .. 50 % DE PENALIZACIÓN
De 20 a 10 días antes del tour ..80 % DE PENALIZACIÓN
De 15 días antes del tour.. 100 % DE PENALIZACIÓN
