RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
Reservations made 90 days or more before departure must be confirmed within 10
days with a 50% deposit per person of the total amount.
Reservations made between 89 and 60 days before departure must be confirmed
within 5 days with a 50% deposit per person of the total amount.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure.
Reservations made 30 days or less before departure require immediate full
payment.
UNCONFIRMED BOOKING RELEASE POLICY
Tierra Verde Tour Operator reserves the right to release any reserved spaces if the
established deadlines are not met and no confirmation or extension request has been
received. This may be done without prior notice and without the possibility of claims. We
kindly encourage our clients to observe the indicated timeframes to ensure their
reservations are fully secured.
CANCELLATION POLICY
120 days or more before departure: No penalty applies.
119 to 90 days before departure: A USD 350 fee per person will be applied.
89 to 60 days before departure: A penalty of 50% of the total fare will be charged.
59 days or less before departure: A penalty of 100% of the total fare will be applied.
Please note that all cancellation policies are strictly enforced without exceptions.
YACHT DESCRIPTION
The Golondrina is a spacious and comfortable motor yacht that accommodates 16 passengers in comfortable double cabins, all furnished and equipped to provide guests a relaxing cruise in the Galapagos Islands. The Golondrina welcomes you aboard and invites you to discover the unique animals pristine habitat and lush flora and fauna of the Galapagos Archipelago.
Itineraries
Our very flexible itineraries of 4, 5, or 8 days are perfectly designed for passengers to experience the diversity and uniqueness of the Galapagos Islands in a small, familiar environment. We offer daily complementary activities including trekking, swimming, and snorkeling, and transportation to visitor sites on small dinghy boats (pangas) is also included and pre-arranged. The Golondrina Yacht may be chartered for specialty cruises, and we can accommodate a large variety of groups including student, academic, family, executive, and more.
