We depart, the place is accessed by boat and the approximate travel time is 20 minutes. There is a crevice in the water where blue sharks are occasionally observed, which come to this site to rest. In the mangrove area there is an important colony of sea lions, due to the absence of introduced animals, the reproductive success of the marine iguana is high, the same ones that use the small beaches and parts of the trail as nesting places. Most of the route crosses a luxury of AA lava where you can see different types of lichens that give a white and green coloration to the rocks. In the place there is a hike and then snorkeling.

Tour Detail: This tour lasts approximately 3 hours, the passengers are picked up by each of the hotels, then they will go to the dock of Puerto Villamil to leave in a small boat from the pier of Puerto Villamil to the Islet of Tintoreras, where the captain makes the tour around the islet to observe, penguins, blue-footed boobies, pelicans and any marine fauna found at the time of the tour. Afterwards we will arrive at the Tintoreras Islet, so that you can make the walk of approximately 45 minutes, where you will be able to observe colonies of marine iguanas, the channel of blue sharks where you will be able to observe from the top the sharks in a state of rest and finally we will end the walk at the sea lion beach.

You return to the boat to go snorkeling, where you can see sea turtles, penguins, wolves, a variety of fish, sea urchins and starfish. This site is also done in double or single kayaks where the kayak is done bordering the islet and then the snorkeling activity is carried out.
