LUGGAGE: The maximum baggage weight allowed is 30 pounds per passenger, including carry-on baggage. For additional luggage, the cost is $1.75 per pound. In case of buying extra luggage in advance the cost will be $ 1.50 dollars per pound. The cost of bringing a surfboard is $ 25 dollars. Passengers’ baggage is individual, non-transferable, even if they are part of a group under the same reservation and all baggage is subject to inspection by security personnel. |

GENERAL RULES
The air ticket issued to the passenger is personal, non-transferable, not endorsable for any reason and its issuance may be made through: social networks, website, email, telephone or physically in the facilities.
Passengers who do not present the necessary documentation or whose identity does not correspond to that indicated on the boarding pass will be denied boarding.
The resident passenger must have a valid card or certificate of residence to access the respective fare.
The mobilization of the passenger will be denied, if the ticket fare has not been canceled in its entirety, if the means of payment used has been rejected or revoked, or if the ticket has been obtained illegally.
CHANGES
Passengers must notify 48 hours in advance to access the change of date of their flight with a penalty of 30% of the value of their ticket. On the other hand, the passenger who notifies after that period will have a penalty of 80% of the ticket. Any of the cases subject to availability of dates.
In the case of charter flights or groups of more than 4 passengers, they must notify 7 days in advance to access changes with the same penalty mentioned above.
CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or refunds for cancellations made by customers.
If the passenger does not show up for the flight, he automatically loses his right to board, his air ticket loses validity and the reservation will be canceled.
FLIGHT DELAYS
The company undertakes to make every effort to transport the passenger and his/her luggage on time. The hours indicated on the ticket or in any other publication are not guaranteed as to their fulfillment because they may vary for reasons of force majeure, security or other adverse circumstances.
SPECIAL RATES
Infants up to 1 year 11 months 29 days are exempt from paying the air ticket, they only cancel the value of the taxes and tariffs.
Children 2 to 12 years old have a 10% discount in the value of the air ticket.
People with a disability card have a 10% discount in the value of the air ticket.
LOCKS AND RESERVATIONS
A passenger can block their space up to 6 months in advance, however, they must make the payment of the entire air ticket within a maximum period of 24 hours from their blocking to obtain their reservation.
In the case of travel agencies, you can block up to 12 months in advance and you must pay all air tickets up to 15 days before the date of the flight to obtain your reservation.
